Today as we celebrate one of this nation's greatest advocates for equality, I stand in awe at Martin Luther King, Jr's consistent posture of peace, even in the midst of aggressive attacks. Today, interracial tension seems to be everywhere according to the news reports. Ever been in a situation where later you realized your perception of the events and people involved may have been skewed? The challenge is to not view the situation through your eyes, or even what others may be thinking, but from Jesus' perspective. "Situations are not always as they appear.
